- Biometric Data: Selfies and portraits uploaded exclusively for the AI Passport Photo Studio.
2. AI Processing Data
We understand that uploading your face requires immense trust. Our AI Studio operates on a strict privacy-first architecture.
Zero AI Training Policy
We strictly DO NOT use your uploaded selfies, portraits, or the generated passport photos to train, improve, or fine-tune our machine learning models. Your biometric data is yours alone.
- Auto-Deletion: All original uploads and processed AI images are permanently purged from our generation servers within 24 hours.
- Once you download the image, we do not keep a backup of the high-resolution AI file unless explicitly saved.
3. How We Use Data
Your personal data is utilized strictly to provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To process your transactions and send related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
- To manage Express Campus Delivery and allow riders to contact you upon arrival.
- To operate the Affiliate Program, track your referrals, and process your weekly commission payouts.
- To send you technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. However, we share necessary data with trusted third parties solely to operate our business:
- Logistics Partners: Riders receive your name, phone number, and address to deliver physical orders.
- Payment Gateways: Mobile banking and card processors handle your financial data securely. We do not store your PINs or full credit card numbers on our servers.

We adopt industry-standard data collection, storage, and processing practices, along with robust security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information.
The entire Instonex platform, including data transfers between your browser and our servers, is secured using 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
6. Cookies & Tracking
Our site may use cookies to enhance the user experience. Your web browser places cookies on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about you.
We use cookies primarily to keep you logged in, remember your cart items, and track affiliate referral links to ensure commissions are awarded correctly. You may choose to set your browser to refuse cookies, but some parts of the site may not function properly.

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) will handle your request within 48 hours.
