At Instonex, we strive to deliver the highest quality products and services to our students and institutional partners. If something goes wrong, we are committed to making it right. Please review our policy below to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.
Physical Products
For standard physical products like stationery and gadgets, we offer a straightforward return policy.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, reported within 24 hours.
- Damaged Goods: Do not accept tampered packages from the delivery rider.
- Proof Required: An unboxing video is strictly required to process refunds.
Custom ID Cards
Due to the personalized nature of ID cards, these fall under a strict no-return category once printing starts.
Non-Refundable
We are not liable for typos, wrong photos, or incorrect data provided by the user.
Exception: If cards have printing defects caused by us, we will replace them for free.
AI Credits
Purchases of AI Credits for the Passport Photo Studio are digital goods and are instantly credited.
- No Cash Refunds: AI credits cannot be exchanged for fiat currency once added.
- System Failures: If our AI system encounters an error and deducts credits, we automatically refund them within 5 minutes.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process immediately.
- Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket refunds process within 24 to 48 hours.
- Bank Cards: Allow 3 to 5 business days for refunds to reflect on your statement.
