Delivery times commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

• Inside Dhaka: 24 to 48 hours. Our riders deliver directly to your campus gate, dorm, or home.
• Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 business days via our trusted third-party courier partners (e.g., RedX, Pathao, Steadfast).

Because we cater primarily to students, our delivery system is optimized for university life.

• Class Interruptions: If you are in a class or lab, our riders will wait up to 15 minutes.
• Authorized Receiver: Instruct the rider to hand over the parcel to a friend or dorm security.
• Restricted Access: Collect from the main gate if security restricts outsider entry.

We keep you updated at every step. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email containing a unique Tracking ID.

You can enter this ID on our Express Delivery page or track it directly from your user dashboard to see real-time updates and rider contact information.

If a delivery attempt fails because you were unreachable, our rider will attempt delivery again on the next business day.

• We make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, a re-shipping fee will be applied.
