The rules of the game. Please read these terms carefully before using the Instonex platform.
Welcome to Instonex
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Instonex concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Instonex (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Platform (such as the AI Studio or ID Builder), you must register for an account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform.
- Instonex will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security requirements.
3. AI Photo Studio
Our AI Passport Photo Studio allows users to generate official-compliant photos using artificial intelligence.
Credit System Policy
Generating photos requires AI Credits (5 credits = 2 photos). Credits are non-refundable once added to your wallet. If the AI fails to process an image due to server errors, credits will be automatically refunded to your digital wallet.
While our algorithm is trained on global visa and passport guidelines, Instonex does not guarantee 100% acceptance by all official embassies or government bodies.
4. ID Card Builder
Teachers, admins, and authorized personnel can use our portal to design and order PVC ID cards in bulk.
- Authorization: You warrant that you have the legal right and explicit authorization from the respective institution to print these ID cards.
- Data Accuracy: We print exactly what is uploaded via your files. We are not responsible for typos or wrong ID numbers.
- Non-Refundable: Once a custom bulk order enters the production phase, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Express Delivery
We offer academic essentials and stationeries delivered directly to your campus or home.
- Express Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 24-48 hours. Standard Delivery outside Dhaka takes 3-5 business days.
- Unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, political unrest, university gate restrictions) may delay deliveries.
- Free delivery is applicable only on physical product orders exceeding ৳2000.
6. Affiliate Program
Users can earn passive income by referring new students or teachers to Instonex.
Commissions range from 1% to 5% based on your active tier. Self-referrals, fake accounts, or exploiting the system will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings.
Payouts are processed weekly via Mobile Banking once your wallet balance reaches the minimum threshold of ৳500.
